Call your vendor, the accredited EFD supplier.

It is most likely that the issue is somewhere at your premise, the usual problems:

  • smart card blocked, after too many wrong PIN entries in consecutive order
  • smart card reader is not connected properly
  • Internet is down, check your ISP
  • Loose cables.
