What information from invoices will be sent to the Ministry and who has access to this information?

Every fiscal invoice, signed by taxpayer’s digital certificate(s), contain all information about the sales in encrypted form. As such, the (encrypted) data is remotely sent to the TIMS server located at the Ministry where it is decrypted and made available to authorized personnel only. The authorized personnel is delegated by the Commissioner and it is usually an auditor or the enforcement officer.
