What if I issue invoice and don’t get paid, or get paid partially, do I still owe the whole tax amount?

TIMS is a monitoring system, not a payment/settlement system at the moment of sale. Of course, there will be circumstances when fiscal invoice needs to be canceled or partially refunded due to the failure to collect revenue from customer as planned. This can happen in different periods between fiscal invoice issuance and tax return submission. TIMS will still allow you to reconcile your sales and provide justification for such actions.
